Rental

Upon given the house the appliances are and were old the carpet is dry rotted, behind appliances were not cleaned and the filters were filthy. Now maintenance when you call they are rude. We have had to set for 2 weeks in the heat with no AC and then a pipe busted under our kitchen sink we had to set 2 weeks with no running water in out kitchen all while we have never missed a payment for the past 3 years. And they want to go up on our rent again. This is how they treat loyal and great paying tenants. What kind of review should I give.
