The rent increase is absurd and absolutely unnecessary. They don’t offer more than a 13,‘into lease to ensure they will raise rent each year. Economy is falling apart and they choose to charge more and not offer anything additional for staying. The house and what they offered was just fine for what we were paying. That price was already inflated enough.
