The RV electrical hookup may be used for the tenant's approved RV or camper. The RV, camper, boat, and any trailer must: * Be currently operable and maintained in good condition * Be stored only in a location agreed upon with the owner * Be kept in a neat and orderly condition * Not interfere with access to the property or the owner's retained portions of the property The RV hookup and any RV or camper located on the property **may not be separately rented or subleased**. Tenant Responsibilities Tenant will be responsible for paying for: * All utilities (propane has averaged $110 per month for the current resident for the last year, electric has averaged $250 per month - but the resident admittedly isn't careful about it) * Regular garbage removal and proper disposal of household trash in an approved mini dumpster contracted out to a company that picks it up weekly * Lawn mowing and routine lawn care for the area surrounding the residence * Snow removal and snowplowing * Maintaining the home and surrounding residential area in a clean and orderly condition Subject to Landlord Inspection ### Outdoor Fires No fires are allowed on the property unless separately discussed with and agreed to in writing with the landlord. ### Location & Setting The property is conveniently located directly on US-131, providing excellent year-round access. Although the property is on US-131, the home sits behind a natural privacy screen of mature blue spruce and other pine trees providing separation and privacy between the residence and the roadway.
