The property manager is unresponsive, emails do not get response, questions don't get answers. I went for almost 2 weeks with my air not working after I paid my rent and could not live in the home duringt that time and asked to have my rent prorated for the 11 days I could not live in the home but I was ignored. Not good with making residents feel respected. They just take the money and ignore you.

We have lived in this house less than 6 months paying 2,000 monthly. The dishwasher wheels don't stay on the racks. One of the front burners on the stove won't cut on unless one of the back burners is turned on first (yes, it took a while to figure out). The light over the stove barely lights the stove. There is only one oven rack in the oven, so it takes longer for us to cook cetain foods The mailbox was just sat on the post, and we didn't realize until our neighbor told us, and it was laying in the grass after it stormed one night. The air conditioning does not cool the upstairs and a fan was bought to help cool my son's room. The window upstairs won't lift. It seems like the window may fall out if we try to lift it (we just found that out when the air went out). The bathroom ceiling was leaking due to the air conditioning system and a hole had to be cut into the secondary bathroom ceiling due to the water damage. The hole has been there since July 10, 2022, yes over a month. I called the maintenance department again last week for an open maintenance issue that no one followed up with for over a month. Yes, it has taken over a month for someone to buy drywall and plaster to fix a whole in the top of the ceiling. The ceiling is in the bathroom, and sits right over the top of the toilet. Where my daughter was sitting when the tape came off the taped garbage bag and water began leaking on her while she was using the bathroom. Now to top it all off, August 9, the air goes out. The technician who attempted to fix the air, advised me that he tried, and he was going to bring this issue to the office. I had to call the maintenance department the next day because no one followed up with me. I spoke with someone, and they told me that they would send two portable units and that they were waiting on a vendor to give an estimate. That was Thursday. Today is Thursday, August 18, 2022. The air in the is still not fixed. This is unacceptable.

I just moved in. My property manager is not very responsive. However, everything else is ok.
