Location is perfect
Lived here for 2 & 1/2 years. Love being close to the lake. It's easy to get to any store, restaurant, hwy 400, etc, yet it's located far enough away from the busy areas. Here are my complaints: there is no dishwasher (nor any place to install one), no ice maker, very small clothes closets, no closets have lights, there are a ton of pine trees, which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the (almost comical) daily amount of pine straw and pine cones. The front and back yard are covered with poison ivy and poison oak. I have, hopefully, resolved the poison ivy and oak problem. My last complaint is First Key Homes raised my rent $100, after the first year, and $300 after the next year and a half. A total of $400 after 2 and 1/2 years of ontime rent payments and no maintenance requests.
