Our home is relaxed, welcoming, and made for enjoying the beach lifestyle with family and friends. 2-story 1900 sq ft original home features multiple gathering spaces across two levels, including a bright living room, dining area that comfortably seats 10, wellness loft/lounge space, and a separate outdoor studio/lounge area that gives everyone room to spread out and unwind. The front yard is one of the best parts of the property — ideal for morning coffee, sunset dinners, casual entertaining, or relaxing after a beach day. Just a short 5-minute walk to the sand and walking distance to downtown Manhattan Beach shops, restaurants, cafĆ©s, and nightlife. Beach gear is included, along with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The home is family-friendly, dog-friendly with approval/fee/deposit with doggie door and potty area. We ask that you not let your dog on the furniture/beds or go to the bathroom on the front or back yard/patios as we enjoy relaxing there. Well suited for families and groups who want to enjoy time together in a relaxed setting — dinners, beach days, and entertaining at home. This is not a party house, and any gatherings or events require prior approval so neighbors can be respected and notified in advance. Quiet hours 10:30-7:30am.
