Home has been leaking water into the home since we moved in in different areas after heavy rain due to a faulty foundation. Rent has increased but problem still exists.

Rent cost is already ridiculous then adding all the issues we’ve been dealing with since moving in that have yet to be resolved. Ticket after ticket on the same problem specifically, water coming into the home underneath the baseboards when it rains a little too much. It has become a stressful situation since within 2 weeks of moving in and now going on almost 3 months and 3 vendors assigned and still no fix as FirstKey keeps clising tickets after cendors send their estimates it seems. We dont even know for sure what we’re dealing with at this point as far as possible mold in the home or whatnot as its hust moisture continuing to build. The last hurricane we had resulted in a huge leak in ceiling from attic entrance (sounded like it was raining up there) and multiple water spots throughout the ceiling in the home, and a week later and still nobody has been out. Fence wrecked in the storm and really crappy patchwork done there to fix that. All in all, dont ever want to deal with a management company again if this is how it is getting things addressed. The call center is a joke when opening a ticket or following up because nobody can provide updates, vendor contact information, resolution notes, etc..
