Just moved into a brand new house and it needs EVERYTHING. Aside from the electricity and the water nothing has been set up. The trash service that is in First Key Homes name was not set up, I have np trash cans. There are no cables set up for WIFI, and I was told we are not allowed to put a hole in the wall to set it up, is there a wireless wifi?? Honestly this whole company kind of feels like a joke. We were told an inspection was done and we were sent photos, but the power to the microwave trips anytime you turn the microwave on and the power also trips if you use a blow dryer in the bathroom. Also all of the water comes out of the faucet white. No one gets back to me in a timely manner and my questions are left unanswered, kind of just feel alone and unheard. I am disappointed in this company and all the promises they have left unkept. After signing the lease all communication seemed to just disappear. My lease has just started for this 12 months and I really hope this company can live up to its high star rating, because right now it is FAR from it.
