Lived 6+ years Two main reasons to consider moving out - 1. Poor maintenance, very old property in reasonable condition and relatively good place but needs regular maintenance and upkeep, but if anything needs attention, the general approach is a makeshift arrangement and long wait times. No flexibility to arrange for single working person. May be charged if not home during maintenance scheduled which is often not even set with adequate notifications. That's a notable source of stress. 2. Very high rent and keeps going up every year including ancillary charges. Not all paychecks account for inflation! Thanks for the opportunity to provide an honest feedback.
