One of the worst property management companies

HOA Complaints take months to arrive. Property management company did not disclose the existance of HOA violation at time of move in in regards to weeds in the yard resulting in significant expense in having yard re-sodded to avoid $100/day fines by HOA. Shelving in closet fell down as soon as clothes were hung due to shelving/hanging system not being put into studs. Fence in back yard is rotting away, and despite a trouble ticket being submitted, not action was taken until an entire section fell over, despite the fact the boards are so rotten, they in many places don't extend to the ground any longer and my dog was able to break a board with her head, giving me great concern about her being able to be in the yard. Property management company/owner covers essentially no repairs despite issues being pre-existing to tenant taking possession, and failed to disclose material issues. I will never do business with this property management company again.
