Move-in Nightmare

Your advertisement of “move-in ready” is completely false. This property has been everything but move-in ready. It has been a move-in nightmare. Everything from extreme hot temperatures inside the house to raw sewage and gas exposure has endeared me and my family. 1. Move-in Day, May 18, 2022, no AC, no dishwasher, no gas and no hot water. The AC was repaired on that day. 2. On move-in day, BOTH toilets backed up. We had to plunge them EVERY single day. A plumber came out 3 times. The hallway toilet over flowed. We had to put up with 24+ hours of raw sewage in the bathroom. NO ONE came on Sunday to repair it even with an emergency call. Finally, the toilet was repaired on 6/6/2022. If it overflows again, the technician said the toilet will have to be replaced. We asked for our company to send someone to deep clean it but did not receive a response. 3. Jayme, the first person that came to start the gas, said that the since some of the stove burners do not work that I can just use a match to start them. He was not very nice and not helpful. He started the water heater, but as mentioned, it did not stay lit. The second water heater/ gas technicians, Julio and Ruis, went above and beyond to help us. They repaired the stove burners so they light without the need for a match. They also were very helpful in getting another water heater technician. They were kind and caring. The stove was repaired on 6/7/2022 but then a gas leak was found. 4. We did not have hot water or gas, the ability to cook, clean or bathe for 22 DAYS! The water heater only worked for about 12 hours and turned off again. A new hot water heater was installed on June 8, 2022. 5. Gas leak found on June 7, 2022 and was repaired June 8, 2022. 6. Thursday, June 9, 2022, the dishwasher was finally repaired. Upon repair, the technician noticed the garbage disposal was leaking and installed a new one. 7. June 18, 2022 and June 19, 2022 we experienced hour long power outages.
