Expensive and barely managing

We have liked living here. Nervous that the rent is going to go up again like it did last year. We alrwady pay way more then what this home is worth. Cost of living is outragoes in our area and we hope since that we have been long term tenants that out rent does jot increase. We are also interested in buying a hiuse in thenfuture
