My people like my 50 gallon hot water heater to avoid those cold showers. The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom and walk in closet. I come with all appliances including a BRAND NEW REFRIDGERATOR, an over the range microwave and a SUPER QUIET dishwasher, (don’t forget the garage fridge). I also have a new washer and dryer in the basement. Don't overlook my smoke/carbon monoxide detectors so we can sleep at night knowing we’ll be alerted should anything go wrong. I have vaulted ceilings with skylights that help make me bright and cheery. My windows have cordless shades that are aesthetically pleasing and practical too. I have a huge crawl space and the basement to keep your extra goodies nearby. I have been professionally cleaned and my carpets were professionally shampooed by powerful truck mounted equipment.
