Since 2023, we’ve been having issues with the electricity being disconnected/turned off, which has become a big concern while living in one of your homes. My son has a disability which requires medical equipment, such as his hospital bed, etc…, that is necessary and used daily. Not having electricity for extended amounts of time greatly compromises his health issues. Having no electricity is critical and will compromise his health and livelihood as a whole. Therefore, I need assurances that if any problem arises again during the duration of this lease, this will be immediately rectified or provisions will be provided until the issue is resolved in the future. Other than that, we appreciate your assistance and look forward to during business with First Key Homes for many years to come.
