The teachers, assistants, therapists and principal have all been very supportive of my child, who has special needs. He has made measurable progress with the help of his teachers and helpers there. Dunlap is a nice school with an overall welcoming attitude.

First the good. The support staff, such as the nurse, the aids, the P.E. teacher, cafeteria staff, etc. are all excellent. They really try and seem to care. The cafeteria staff would make an effort to open early so the children would have enough time eat in the mornings. Though this was stopped by the Administrative stafff and the children are forced to rush in order to get through the line, eat and then get to class. The office staff is efficient, if not entirely welcoming. Personally, I was put off by them, as well as several of the teachers as well as the Vice Principal. The classes are too large, and the playground supervision is inadequate. There were several instances of children getting hurt and bullied that were not properly reported or handled. I hope my experiences and observations were unique to our situation. I hope that others find this school more welcoming and suited to their needs.

This school is doesn't offer the kids the help they need to make. They just throw homework thinking this th solution to learn. I don't like this school my son has had the hardest time at this school.
