We could not be happier with our experience at Mt. Spokane. Our son has excelled here as a new student to the area. He has enjoyed being involved with multiple sports teams and coaches that have made a great impact in his life. I have also appreciated his teachers holding him accountable when he has missing assignments or wasn't as honest with some work handed in. I have had great communication with multiple teachers and am also quite impressed with Mr. Nelson the principal. You can tell he loves his job. We feel very lucky to have landed here in the Mead School District.

Our experience from registration to enrolling in classes has been one big fat mess. Our child was basically told these are the classes we have available. Basically students do whatever they want with no consequences. Staff looks the other way. The special ed dept warehouse kids and forget about them. Staff will give credit for assignments even if student is absent. Only concern about students that are high achievers to make school look good. School need to get up to speed. This is 2018.

The music, sports, art, and drama programs are all excellent. The parent support groups are great. My children had a great time at this school and became easily involved with several groups and made many friends.
