Actualmente tengo un estudiante ahí pero me complazco en decir que mis dos anteriores an tenido y echo muy buen trabajo de parte de ambos escuela y Niños poniendo cada quien su grano de arena y yo estoy muy feliz de haber tenido aquí a mis 3 hijos gracias a todos los que hacen posible lake hills elementary school..

Lake Hills has a great Spanish Immersion program. After 2 years in the program, my daughter was receiving questions from native speakers if her parents are mexican (we do not speak Spanish in our house). The teachers are super committed to the children's success and many of them demonstrate a love for the school and the students. The PTSA and the staff have worked effectively to build a great community among the parents and students. There are many events at the school throughout the summer, fall and spring. There is a new principal and his leadership style is energetic, positive and inclusive. All of this provides a holistic nurturing environment that I'd recommend to anyone and everyone.

I love this school!! My daughter was in Lake WA SD for kindergarten, Issaquah SD for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 4th grade she’s in Bellevue. I plan to keep her here!! She loves this school and her teacher! To see my child come home from school happy every day is the absolute best! I can also see an improvement with her grades, especially math!! Mrs. Helmers is the best!!!

We are new to the school and very impressed so far. Our child has a nurturing teacher and is making friends. If you appreciate and recognize that socio-economic diversity is an asset this is the school for you! If this is your neighborhood school, invest, and lay down roots. Keep up the good work Lake Hills and thanks for taking such good care of our children.

The Lake Hills community and dual language (Spanish) program is above and beyond our expectations! The only negative, is the mismatched personality of the welcoming staff to the principal, who does not appear to be warm nor friendly. While both communication and academics are strongly prioritized by the staff, the district should hire a more approachable and cheerful principal for this school to help grow this amazing community and to continue to drive the academic test scores. The families are very involved and welcoming. With such a diverse group of parents, it is amazing to see everyone come together with one priority, educating our children and raising responsible students. If you want a great dual language program, teachers that care about the whole child, and a community in which you can help make a difference, this is the school for you.
