I am not impressed! The teachers can't even keep their students under control! My student can't even learn because he can't even hear the what the teacher is saying. They have way too many kids in the class rooms and they can't help kids when they have a question or need help. My child's teacher told me that she wished she could help my child but that it was impossible to do so. Go to a charter school or better if you can do it home school your children!!! I am so shocked that this would take place but I heard it straight from the teachers mouth!

INCREDIBLE administration! Even if there's a rare problem with a teacher, the administration is excellent, capable and listening. Every year there are wonderful "programs" by grade and a school musical. Chess club and talented and gifted programs.

I feel this school has some excellent teachers and staff. Having said that I think the school would be better if the younger classes had an aid to help the teachers. It's difficult to keep children up on their level if the teacher doesn't know what level they are on, this would be better addressed with more help in the classroom. I would also like to see more options for extracurricular activities for the younger grades. I have a first grader and there are none that I have heard of. I also think the home reading program needs improvement, it seems that many of the students were in the wrong level last year. I know my child was frustrated because she had a hard time reading the books in the level she was given, we finally stopped participating. The school is OK but it could be better.

This is a fantastic school! All 10 teachers that I have had contact with have been very good at what they teach and very eager to help the children learn. They allow parents to be very involved in their child's education. There are many extracurricular activities for the children to participate in, and they are getting more fun activities each year. The children feel safe and loved by the staff. My children are way ahead in reading and math, and I know that much of it has to do with the enthusiasm of their teachers and the good curriculum. Bravo, Art City!!
