This is a wonderful school. A completely opposite experience we had in public school. The teachers know and love our children and go above and beyond for each one. We love this school and look forward to many more years here.

Think twice before enrolling your children to this school. They won't protect your kids and deny any bad behavior that the teachers have. They seem to be nice but the school directors are the o es that decide what the teachers do or say. They are the worst people ever!!!!. They will lose good teachers every year. They don't know how to treat people. They do "parent meetings" almost every week just to collect money to build their gym. They will also use your kids to get money, its is unacceptable! They only care about the collecting money. Talk to the parents before enrolling your children to this school! They all talk really bad about the teachers behavior and the way the directors (husband and wife) protect some teachers behavior. If you don't donate money to the school they won't let your children enroll for another year! In order to enroll your children again you need to donate thousands of dollars so they respect you and your children otherwise they will treat you really bad and won't let your Children enroll another year. Please think twice! They are way better schools out there. This is the worst school in South Jordan!!!!! They don't even have a place for kids to do some sports. Again.. this is not a safe place for your children.

I love this school. My daughter has attended for four years, she started in preschool. I appreciate the caring teachers, staff, and administration who truly care about my family and I. I am a friend not a nameless faceless number. I know my daughter is well taught and cared for. She is taught values and respect for this nation and the lord. I am truly greatful for this school. It truly is a great value and I will send my son when he is old enough.

We moved our kids to American Heritage after having numerous horrible experiences in the public and even Charter schools. My first grader was labeled as a trouble maker by the aides on the playground simply because he was trying to steal the ball from other students on the playground while they were all playing together. They have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of touching, even on the playground. I am absolutely thrilled that all 3 of my kids are at AHSJ as the teachers are nothing short of wonderful. A good number of the attending students are from out of the country, and their parents pay a good amount of money for the students to come and get a good education. We've been there for 2 years now and love every minute of it. My only gripe is that occasionally my first grader forgets to bring his lunch, and because of this, he ends up spending an arm and a leg on lunch from the school vending machines. The school is small enough that they don't have a setup to serve hot lunch. The school has very small class sizes, and this means more one on one attention per student, and this REALLY shows in the students' behavior and grades. The kids are above average in most aspects of learning as long as the parents do their part, because I know the teachers are far better than any other teacher I have dealt with.

There are a lot of after school activities and there are small classes so no kid does not have a friend and the teachers focus more in there students
