Terrible. Child bullied and teachers never saw. Say they differentiate teaching but DO NOT. My child brilliant in math but not taught at his level. All taught at same rate/level. He lagged in writing and they left him to fail. Head of school very rude.

In the last four years I have been at The John Cooper School, I have not only witnessed but experienced the incredible opportunities every student is able to receive whether it is in the classroom, on the field, or on stage. I remember on the first day at Cooper, I was overwhelmed with all the options of classes and activities. I ended up joining a variety of clubs, the volleyball team, and participated in our school’s musical. While my academic classes are challenging, I work hard because it’s clear that my teachers want me to be successful. My friends push me to succeed and I feel support from all around. This is the kind of school where students feel a part of a community that is kind and caring so we are willing to take risks and be challenged with the knowledge that we will be better in the long run for it. Cooper has not only prepared me for university but to be a successful person in the future

Awful. If I could demand my money back I would.

Both of my children have attended The John Cooper School from the beginning of their education in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten through high school. The John Cooper School has been the best investment for our family. The education, values, and overall experience is amazing. The teachers and staff have always been helpful and have worked hard to help my kids reach their full potential. The school is constantly working to make sure the students and faculty/staff are on top of the newest technology and educational needs, as well as holding on to the traditions so valuable to the community and our lives. Having been through all of the grade levels and divisions with my kids and having watched the growth of The John Cooper School over the past 20+ years has been an absolute privilege for us. I am very excited to see what the future holds for the school and am hoping to one day have my grandchildren benefit from the experience, as well.

My children have attended Cooper for over 9 years. They have developed strong academic skills and a true desire to learn. The education at Cooper has been challenging yet manageable. My children are able to participate in sports, arts, and extra-curricular activities. Their teachers know them and care about seeing them succeed. I feel confident that my children will be prepared academically and socially for college.
