I would like to leave feedback about our experience at this school from 7/29/19 until today 8/16/19. I am highly concerned with the service that we received and would hate for another parent to have our experience. As I expressed to the director, the service did not match the positive reviews and reputation of the Primrose name. We experienced negative attitudes from the teacher during our start, the teacher tried to correct her attitude and mood after I expressed my concern. I would also like to mention that on one occasion when I called to check on my child, an office staff member at this school told me they did not have a child by that name. On 8/5/19, my child bumped her lip at school, and no one called me to inform me of the incident. I was told that she may have bumped her lip while jumping on the bouncer, but I felt as if I was being accused of brining her to school with the bump on her lip. I had to follow up with the director to receive the incident report that was promised - yesterday 8/15/19 and the report was poorly written and very unprofessional. The next incident was on 8/14/19, when my child's daily report showed that she had three bottles, yet when I picked her up, she had only consumed two bottles. I was told that she did not eat from 2 - 6, she only had her snack (she was not offered a bottle, yet our feeding plan states to give a snack with 7 ounces of formula) and that the teacher made a mistake when inputting the information onto her report. I did not trust the response as again, I had to call the school to follow up on the email I sent because I was not able to get a timely response about this concern which involved health safety. I believe my child consumed another child's milk/bottle. My child drinks soy, and that evening she refused her bottle because she had already been fed. Not to mention, my concern about bottle sanitation safety. The last incident was yesterday when my child went home with another child's diaper. When I collected all of her items, I was asked to send diapers a week ago, yet Makenzie had more than enough diapers to not run out. This leads me to believe that they have been using other diapers on her all along. I was disappointed to make this discovery. The $280 tuition does not match the service and events that I have experienced, nor the explanations that were given.

The previous review stated that these testimonials were not authentic. As a first time mother, my child started in an in-home daycare. He was not being challenged academically, nor having enough interaction with children in his age group. After meeting the staff, we decided to enroll our child at this particular Primrose (North Mason Creek). Since enrolling my child at this establishment, he has progressed on so many levels. They have provided stimulating activities for my child and always update me daily on his progression. As an educator, I love the way my 14 month old comes home and uses sign language and says what he wants while signing. He is communicating more and more! The staff is always available to listen to our concerns and needs. Everything I have asked of, they have done so without question. I have even sat in the parking lot while my child is outside and the staff is great with him. The staff is really trustworthy and treats our child like he is their own. From personal observation, they interact with every parent the same. They are always so respectful and honest, especially Mrs. Cookie.

Some days I like it, others I hate it. They don't follow routine for babies in the infant classrooms and don't really follow specific requests. I don't think I'm overly high maintenance for wanting my 7 month old to have more than one 30 minute nap - they disagree. Unfortunately all other daycares have long wait times so once you are in, you are kind of stuck.

Primrose-North Mason Creek has been a blessing to our two boys. They are surrounded by a loving and guiding staff. They look forward to waking up each morning and going to school. We are amazed by the growth each boy has shown over the years at this school. Each day is balanced with a rich educational curriculum and opportunities to play and explore. We feel so fortunate to say goodbye to our boys each morning and know that they are safe and will grow each day they are there.

We recently switched our kids from another daycare to this school. Enrolling here was the best decision for our family. Our kids absolutely love going here. Everyone is so friendly. Management is organized and always professional. The kids are learning so much daily. We would highly recommend Primrose School of North Mason Creek to any parents looking for a great daycare /school.
