Poor. There are some people for whom the school works, but it is a very small box. The school does not deal well with very smart, creative children or those who learn differently or those who may need a little extra help.

We have been at MIMS since the inaugural year. Our adminsitration changed greatly for the better after the 1st year. Principal and Asst Principal care deeply about the kids, their school experience, the parent community and giving our children an amzing experience and education. Our two childrene their are learning so much! Our older one in her 5th year at the school can speak Mandarin pretty well now and her English reading skills have exponentially increased . Our younger one is coming out of her shell and gaining confidence as well. They love the research expos done every spring and they also enjoy morning assembly. The new building is amazing and state-of-the-art. I am thrilled how much our kids are learning at a free public school and I highly recommend MIMS. Not every student will love every teacher or project, but we help our children know that they won't like or enjoy everything in life. Both kids have had exceptional teachers along the way and when we haven't, we have given feedback and helped be chnage agents for the better. This school has great values and it will further grow and develop every year. We are also so excited that it is a pre-K through 8th grade school :)

HEY! I’m a student at M.I.M.S. and almost everybody I know doesn’t struggle! In fact most of us actually get a lot of hundreds! To most of us the work isn’t actuallythat hard either, and we love our teachers!Sure maybe some of us take tutor classes andKUMON but we don’t go because we are struggling. We go because we want to be the bestwe can be! To some of us the best things at school are the teachers! I especially loved my teachers ! I even liked the work! It isn’t boring at all! Like when we learned about restaurant words we got to act it out in chinese! M.I.M.S. is probably the best school in the whole wide world!!! It’s a great place to be! I learned more chinese than my mom even knew!!! It’s the best place to learn chinese!!!!
