Outstanding education in a caring, nurturing environment! All five of our kids love their experiences at LMMS and LMH!

The administration is completely unresponsive to parent concerns, and doesn't inform parents of substantial proposed changes in the curriculum. They told parents a month before school began that the middle school would combine grades 7 and 8. My son now sits in pandemonium among 75 other students, with sub-groups constantly coming and going. The idea of combining 7th and 8th graders is idiotic. My son tells me that they're not learning ANYTHING. If they hadn't sprung this on the parents at such a late date I think many parents would have found alternative schools for their kids. As it was, it was too late to find any alternative other than the public schools or home schooling. I will shout from the rooftops, for all to hear, that LMMS is a disaster and a waste of money. What's worse, it's wasting valuable years of my son's education. If I pull him out and send him to another school for 8th grade he's going to be way behind because HE'S NOT LEARNING ANYTHING AT LMMS.

My children received an excellent education in a caring Christian environment. Both my daughters met their eventual spouses at Lancaster Mennonite, good guys who shared their values. Both girls still have close contacts with their high school friends, showing that, at LMS, friendships are lasting because they are based on common values. This is a progressive Mennonite school -- NOT your "horse and buggy" Mennonites -- so it has a global perspective and values and respects people from all backgrounds who want a great education in a great environment.

I have been a student at Lancaster Campus for over 3 years now and before that I was at Kraybill Campus. I have thoroughly enjoyed the educational experience here. The strong academics and caring, educated, teachers have helped me prepare for my future at a 4 year university. I have been able to challenge myself academically all the while growing in my spiritual walk with Christ.
