Excellent! Love the teachers and staff. The teachers are very involved, great at communicating, and actively involved with each student.

There seems to be a lot of poor communication between parents and teachers; and teachers not informing parents of important issues in the school. Their bussing system is a joke and has problems daily that are never resolved. Their recording systems on the busses are working mediocre at best so whenever they need to pull footage to see what is happening on the bus, I find out that "oops, there was a problem with the recording device and it didn't record anything today". Not okay.

The teachers at Hillcrest are dedicated to giving their students the best education possible. They don't hesistate in giving up their own time such as evenings and weekends in preparation to do so. The principal and staff are up on the latest technology and they make sure they are able to prepare their students for successful futures.

My son attended Hillcrest Elementary. As you enter you are greeted with many cheerful attitudes. Smiles abound from staff and children alike. The office staff is very professional and so helpful. My son not only received a top-notch education, but genuine care and concern from many teachers. I always felt right at home when I visited or as a volunteer. What a positive place for kids!
