It was bad when I went to school there and has gone downhill from there! My child will NEVER go to that poor excuse that we call a school.

I love this school. Sure, it has it's issues. What place doesn't? I love the teachers, students, and other staff and faculty members. I'm so glad I was able to be at Crestline from pre-school to graduation. I am a proud graduate of the Crestline High School Class of 2014!

Terrible School. Look elsewhere. Choosing this school for my children was the worst choice I made as a parent. There is a total appearance of apathy on the part of many of the teaching staff and the leadership When leadership changed, I thought it would get better. It got worse. Should you decide to attend Crestline you will find limited class availability and unfriendly staff. I have never encountered teachers that didn't smile and greet parents. I've never seen a principal complete ignore parents. I'm not sure who the person is that was so critical of the kid who couldn't spell "principle." But, the kid is a graduate of Crestline. Crestline makes its own argument for consolidation. Don't just take my word for it. Ask around the area. A large percentage of kids choose to open enroll in other districts. Still others choose private school. Others attend Crestline for two years of high school and then switch to Pioneer. In the end you have about a dozen seniors left in this year's graduating class.

Don't listen to the other people on here. One of them can't even spell "principal" correctly. It's not the school, or the staff (granted, there are a few bad members of the staff, but please tell me where there isn't), its the students. Your student doesn't just all of the sudden start doing bad when they go to Crestline High School. It's a HIGH SCHOOL. They have to actually try and not just float through the day. Many a great people have graduated from Crestline High School, and we even have a new, amazing, facility. Please, do not listen to the others on here. If your student would excel anywhere else, they will also excel at Crestline. Maybe our band program isn't the greatest, and maybe our sports teams aren't the best, but that's only because the students don't participate. There is nothing wrong with CHS, and actually, we have quite an outstanding group of students in the 7th and 8th grade currently who are going to bring great change to our wonderful school.

Not a school I would recommend. Many parents have fled the district. Very poor band program. Very poor guidance information. Some good teachers, some very bad and obviously counting days until retirement.
