So far, the school has supported my son's differences and he has learned.

Quite frankly, I don't know how the school is still in business. I felt like I was in an unsafe environment everyday. Each day there was a crisis, and it couldn't have been handled more poorly.

My overall personal experience as a teacher was good. I got to design my curriculum to meet the needs of my students and I had great relationships with students, parents, and staff. The problems that plagued most teachers (aside from Vishu and the awful salary) did not affect me much. If the school was run like an actual school and not a high end babysitting service, and the teachers were paid fairly and not bullied by the awful director it would be a good place to work. However, the current powers that be seem to be firmly planted at TCS so I see no light at the end of this tunnel.

Extremely disappointed, we had alot of choices this was the wrong one. We had schools that used technology throughout the day. Schools that were thriving, offered all kinds of programs and classes, etc...the damage has been done.

I worked at the school for a couple of years. I have never met a better staff. The staff members there are amazing and kind. However they rarely have any staff longevity because of Vishu. She is a bully. She has no idea how to run the school. She thinks negativity and zero positive encouragement is the way to treat a staff. She treats everyone like they are just a number and can easily be replaced. This is NOT how you create a warm and loving community. I didn't realize how badly ran the school was until I got another job, and they showed me the true value of each and every staff member. Majority at the staff at my new school have been there for 10+ years. This is because of all the support and constant positive reassurance. A job at The Child School is not an easy job, and Vishu doesn't understand the actual things teachers go through. She is extremely quick to point fingers and takes zero responsibility for her negative ways. This school is being run into the ground because of the director and only the director.
