this is my daughter's first year in this school. she has advanced so well since being here and very happy with the curriculum. although i may not agree with everything that her teacher says and does, i have to admit that they always have her best interest at heart. i've always volunteered at my children's school. this is my 10th year volunteering on the pta board and also now ii'm on the slt. i like being there for my little ones, letting them know that if they need me i'm never to far away. they've made me feel welcome here at p.s. 6 and feel that they deserve the very best. thank you for your time.

My 1st grader attends p.s.6 and has special needs. I just want to say the therapist here goes above and beyond to meet each students individual needs. She recieves speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy five days a week. The best part is that all therapist is on staff not coming from an outside source. I can't stress how wonderful the special education program at this school is, I highly recommend anyone with a child that has special needs to consider p.s. 6

this school is alright. it is just disorganized and you hear things on the last minute which i don't like at all. These kids are so rude and disrespectful i don't like it. i would recommend your child not to go here. you should make your child go to ps.245 or ps399
