Princeton Montessori School is amazing! All their teachers, from Infant thru Middle School are highly trained, certified and professional. (Previous comment claimed otherwise, and if one accurately checks the schools website you will see their teachers certifications and experience listed.) The Middle School is thriving (not at risk of closing like previously mentioned) and recently adapted the International Baccalaureate program as a result of its thriving status. There is a wealth of information concerning the Elementary and Middle School Montessori Method, and Princeton Montessori School benefits greatly from the well known Montessori training center housed within the school itself (PCTE). Each level (Primary and above) meet and/or exceed common core standards and as a result are certified by the American Montessori Society. Certification from AMS is a long and rigorous process which includes the requirement of meeting/exceeding common core standards. My children have been a part of this amazing community for more than 5 years and could not be happier. They are thriving socially and academically as a result. It is also a wonderful community for parents to meet new friends with many opportunities to volunteer for the benefit of the school community.

We really love this school Our daughter has had experience in both toddler and primary. The growth she made in toddler was amazing. She's a very smart child and her teachers in toddler (Mrs. Kurnov, Mrs. Saad & Mrs. Proccacini) worked with her individually to give her higher level skills during second semester. She was very prepared for primary which she started this year, and she loves. She is constantly talking about what she is learning in primary (letters, geography, cooking, etc). and she also enjoys the after school tennis through Firefly Tennis on site. Teachers are warm and caring and administration is responsive. I have toured other Montessori schools in the area and this one is the best.

My child entered Princeton Montessori as an infant and is now in Toddlers. I continue to be impressed every day with the individualized attention which includes academic learning, life skills learning, discipline and nurturing and caring. My child loves 'going to school' everyday. I wondered about the Montessori education beyond these early years, but at this point, I have met a number of impressive young men and women graduates who are now in advanced programs at top top high schools and have to believe this is a testament to the excellent education they received while at Montessori.

My children attended the school a few years ago and I have to say they were more than ready to embrace a very challenging independent high school after they graduated from Middle School. The high school's teachers all commented on how willing they both were to jump into activities, assume leadership positions, and participate fully in class discussions. The small class size of Middle School lends itself very well to an easy relationship between the teachers and students so that when my children moved on to high school they regarded teachers as their allies, not their foes, and they actively sought them out for guidance, questions, and conversation. Highly recommend the school.

Princeton Montessori School is our second home! Our daughter has been at the school since January 2004 in the Infant program and faculty are outstanding. The Toddler and Primary Program were the magical years! The Elementary Program years was amazing for our daughter socially and academically. She will be entering the Middle School program in the fall. The dedicated and professional Teachers and Administration through out our past 9 years have been our guides through the development of our child. As a parent I am truly grateful for the guidance and support to our daughter and family! Our daughter is very excited and looking forward to the next 3 years in Middle School program! The parent education classes over the past 9 years have been insightful for our family, learning something new with every class. Thank you to all at Princeton Montessori School developing and enriching our child's life. In Maria Montessori's words... Children are human beings to whom respect is due, superior to us by reason of their innocence and of the greater possibilities of their future.
