I can be considered a veteran parent of St. E's. My first daughter graduated and is now a junior in college and my youngest is a sophomore. It is true that St. E's had found itself guilty of being a bit stagnant in terms of modernizing its operations and marketing. As a result, the last three years have put the school behind in a few categories. The one think that has never eroded however is the level and quality of the education. And that has served as the foundation for the renaissance that St. E's has been experiencing in the last year. It starts with our new and first ever layperson principal and our first professional athletic director. It took our new leadership minutes to completely effect the way our school operates. We had a communication issue with parents. That is now gone with prompt call backs, a monthly online newsletter and focused attention to alum. Existing parents used to find it hard to connect to the school. No longer. The Booster club is now a vibrant parent energized organization that supports all school activities and student interests. Our incoming freshman class is over 50 girls. That is due to our ability to communicate the unique and invaluable nature of our school. There is no other like us in so many ways. There is new energy, an exciting and expanded curriculum, motivated teachers, and a group of parents who truly feel like a part of a family. St. E's has a singular goal to develop strong and confident young women who are prepared to not only be successful but to lead. I am not a part of the administration. I am a parent who has seen a transformation that takes my breath away at St. E's. Come see for yourself and do the very best for your daughter.

Getting better all the time! The new principal, Mrs Lynn Burek is doing a phenomenal job. My daughter is getting an excellent education at St E's, they work her hard and she will be ready for college when she graduates in a few years. The girls seem very polite, I haven't heard of any cliques. St E's hired a new athletic director and coaches. They have definitely improved in this area. They need a few new graphics and computer programs but I believe this is in the works. All in all, we are very happy!

My wife and I visited the school with our younger daughter for their open house and was somewhat impressed with what we hear and saw that evening. Those teachers and staff we met were pleasant and informative and we cannot see anything that would strike us with immediate apprehension. This school was her third choice at the time and she subsequently came to the school for their 'bring an eighth grader' day. Our daughter did like the school and its facility and was pleased that they even serve foods for her restrictive diet at the cafeteria. She thought the students were pleasant enough too and my wife and I talked with some random students and they seemed to have nothing put positive things to say about the school. She loves art and music which the school has a decent art program and which she liked the teacher, they do not however have a music program. Needless to say, she still liked the school overall and is her number two choice now. Depending on where she goes in the end, we will have to say that St. E looks to be a viable choice for an all girl's school from a prospective parent's perspective. Good luck to those who are looking also.

I am really upset with myself for choosing St. E's as my high school. Honestly, if I could go back in time and change my decision I would. The classes are fine and I definitely think I have learned something, The teachers are decent, but the girls are rude and cliquey. I think that an interview may have weeded out some of the girls who are intolerable and bratty. There is no communication between the school and my parents so things always get miscommunicated. I honestly can't stand the dwindling numbers of the classes. THIS YEARS FRESHMAN CLASS HAS ONLY 27 GIRLS! On top of that, people get left out and it is visible at lunch. The teachers don't even step in to help. With a school that small, they can't accept kids who are mean because it will affect the whole grade. I plan on transferring soon. It has been a horrible experience overall. I recommend you look elsewhere if you want a social life because with a class sizes this small there is no parties, social events, and the dances are small and boring. P.S. The classes have been steadily shrinking and they probably won't get 20 kids next year.

The Academy of Saint Elizabeth has been a positive experience for my daughter. She has been able to explore a variety of interests as a novice that she would not have been able to at our public high school. The small class size allows her to have a relationship with each one of her teachers past and present, who are vested in her success. I am watching as the Academy of Saint Elizabeth is fostering my daughter and her classmates in becoming confident young women and our future leaders.
