Lawrenceville Elementary School Ratings & Reviews

My two daughters went to LES and felt so blessed to have had it as their elementary school. The teachers were amazing and literally felt like a second home for my girls. The memories are incredibly fond and I always recommend LES to those who may have a choice between private and public. With LES there is no need to resort to private schooling. It is top notch.

My son is encouraged to love learning at LES. The teachers and staff engage students in many ways making learning fun. We transferred our son from a small private school after seeing that his education needs were not being met. LES has exceeded our expectations and has wonderful resources.

My son was having trouble with reading in first grade. The staff at the school was very pro-active with me and we ultimately had him tested and he is dysphonetic dyslexic. I am so happy with the way everything has been handled and the plans for the future. I LOVE LES!!!

All three of my children attended LES. LES is a wonderful school where children learn more than just reading, writing and arithmetic. It's a school where they learn to be good citizens. There is a huge emphasis on kindness and respect. Children are taught how important it is to take care of our environment. They learn how important it is to help those in need and give back to our community. LES has an amazing staff of caring and passionate teachers. It is obvious that they love children and they love their jobs. Their enthusiasm is contagious. LES parents are given many opportunities to get involved in the school and they definitely contribute to its success. I am so glad my kids went to a school where they looked forward to going every day. Thank you, LES, for setting my children up for success!

This school was the best school I have ever had!! The principal is amazing and she takes care in hiring the teachers. The teachers genuinely care about all the students and want them to excel in life but have fun in school! We were also taught since Kindergarten to be kind and caring to everyone. LES was an NJ School of Character for many years in a row thanks to their amazing character ed program. The school also has a beautiful garden which the students fully take part in it. The students that came from LES and are now in the Intermediate and Middle schools hardly ever get into trouble. I would send my child to LES, because it is an amazing place for a child to grow up and learn!
