J E Holmes Middle Ratings & Reviews

My child has enjoyed sports offered at the school as well as his education. Every teacher, staff member, and coach we have interacted with has been encouraging, helpful, and easy to get in touch with when needed. The education he is receiving is what I believe to be the same or better than other schools in the area(he transferred into the school from a neighboring middle school and had some catching up to do). Overall our family is very pleased with Holmes.

Holmes Middle School has provided a safe and rigorous learning environment for my child. The teachers have been supportive and willing to do whatever it takes to make school a great place to be. My child is happy and enjoys going to school every day. She has been successful and she loves her teachers and classes as well. I am thankful for a great middle school experience at Holmes Middle School.

The change in leadership is making a profound difference. It is evident in improved attitudes of both students and teachers. I feel there are too many fundraisers, but that is not the fault of the school.

Alot of the children are not discplined as far as the dress code and behavior. The children are disruptive and very mean and the teacher doesn't see many things that go on int the classroom.
