Being my first year coming here when I'm on the call. I really enjoy everything about quest. The staff, community, and students are a joy to be around. They really follow up and mean on what they say they do and will make sure you don't face obstacles alone. I come to quest happy and leave happy. This is one school I always look forward to working with down the road as the years go on.

My experience was hectic and I was a student there for eight years. Your children can be nearly failing half of their classes and still get promoted to the next grade. That school is not a good choice for your child.

"This is one of the worst schools I have ever attended. You want to know why? forget about all the parent reviews saying about how 'good' this school is because Quest Academy is very perfect on hiding what really happens behind the scenes to their students; The teachers yell and punish their ENTIRE class if only a select handful of children are acted improperly, because they act on a ""Group punishment/Teamwork"" perspective, if your child is a good, hardworking student and he/she is surrounded by bad students? He/she will get the punishment along with the mischievous individuals. The scheduling is horrible, you could get completely adjusted to what class you go for first hour, third hour, etc and the mighty organized staff of Quest Charter Academy will confuse your child with a completely different schedule confusing your student with where to go, and if you don't quickly comprehend? You will be in trouble! There a hundreds of times where I have seen students being in trouble and god forbid yelled at for something they have never done, in the words of a teacher that still goes to this school in 8th grade. ""If it even SEEMS like you are doing something wrong, don't even try to correct me and tell me you didn't do it. You will call home immediately."", this is the most emotionally abusive school I have ever stepped foot into. And I'm not just one of the 'bad kids' trying to make this school look bad. I am a 3.0 student in the NJHS (national junior honors society) in this year and just watching how this school treats ME and everybody else is horrible. The staff seems like that they don't care about anybody else except themselves. They will do anything to adjust the enviroment of the classes to the needs they want, even if it hurts the students in the process. In the school year of 2015-2016, (Which was my group of students in 7th grade.) An ex-staff member of this school confessed to saying that the teachers decided over the summer to do a 'seperation act'. Where they found all of the groups of friends and who was friends with who, and purposely switched them from their classes in the next fall JUST so the teachers can 'teach more comfortably and easier'. Quest took away social interaction from their students just so they can feel 'better'? they took away everybody's friends by force for them? This school, from how they treat the students has to be shut down. Now."

I pulled all my children even my stepson out of public education. Teachers at quest and the college prep school my older ones go to, seem well concerned with the kids they teach. They take their time to get to know your child, help them to achieve higher. Never leave a child behind. The two schools offer great after school resources to help your child succeed:) The staff at quest charter academy are really awesome people... Their involved with getting to know the parents as well and are quick to update you on your child.. Their parking lot sucks , I will be honest. Its not designed to have a heavy flow of traffic, but they try their best to guide. Its the parents that don't read emails or follow the drop off or pick up rules that gets it crazy at times... I've been a quest family member now for five years. And I'm greatful for the way they care for my children

This school is horrible for kids with disabilities. They do everthing they can to make you think you are doing something wrong. And when you try and call the school board on them they lie through their teeth. Even though i have email to prove they lied. They do not keep the IEP current when the child gets a major diagnosis. And then call the kids licensed psychiatrist a liar and they dont know what they are talking about. Do not send your child here. They let kids steal out of lockers they have to share with someone else. Plus if there is a witness they still dont do nothing about the theft and bullying.
