I would give this school negative stars if I could.

If I could put a stronger answer for bullying, I would. For example, in the drama club, all students are given an award and the student drama club council names then and gives them to people. A student was given the "hoodrat" award. If you don't know what this means, it is very much a derogatory term. The teacher that runs the club approved of it and the administration did nothing. Another example of why this school is terrible, certain teachers like to tell kids they are going to hell if they don't follow certain religious teachings. Another one, I know of multiple teachers that have worked there who had relations with students (more than just the one on the news) that were not dealt with. The teachers were just asked to resign or be fired. One teacher specifically would not leave ME alone and administration refused to let me switch classes. I could go on for hours.

I had an overall great experience at Bishop Foley.

Bishop Foley was a great high school experience for me. Raised Catholic, I shared classes with Catholics and non-Catholics. It speaks for itself when another religious denomination chooses a Catholic school for all it offers when it comes to education and discipline. When I entered college, a professor asked me if I went to parochial school because it showed. I wasn't the brightest student or the most academically disciplined when I graduated from BFC, but I noticed in college just how much more ready I was by the comparison and how much I really learned outside of my education that served as excellent tools for my college years. The term 'Foley family' is not a myth. It's real and lifelong. Go Ventures!

I felt safe there and the teachers acted like they cared about the students. I learned about my faith at Bishop Foley.
