I was advised not to enroll my child there. And as parents took the kids out of the school. I didn't believe it was that bad. I now believe it.

0, I wish my son would have never stepped a foot in this school, he will pay for it for the rest of his primary schooling.

"My son has attended SIA and SMS. He is a 7th grader now. I have nothing positive to say about this school. The students are in charge and this is evidenced by their behavior in the hallways, in the classrooms, and during lunch. The staff has no control over the students and students are allowed to act wild at every chance they get. My son has a 504 that is not enforced by any of his teachers. My son feels like he is in danger unless he is close to a teacher. He has been threatened, pushed, punched, tripped and verbally assaulted. These matters have been brought to the attention of the VP and the disciplinary and counseling staff but nothing has been done to change the situation. The environment is not conducive to student learning! There are fights daily and children who are not a party to the disagreement end up getting hurt too.Thank goodness for ""open boundaries"" and the opportunity to send my child elsewhere!"

I attended Stonybrook Middle School during the years of 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. To say that I had a great time at Stonybrook is an understatement. I became friends with many of my teachers and administrators who took their time to not only teach me, but to help and inspire me. As I became familiar with the administrators and staff, I realized exactly how friendly and kind they all were. It was touching how involved some of the teachers became in the students' lives to personally help them. I loved how the school environment was always changing and the different events and incentives we were given to us. My least favorite thing about Stonybrook was leaving the familiar environment and all the faces that I had become so used to.

As a previous student at Stonybrook Middle School, I've had the best experience ever! I, Clifton Jett Jr, has learned so many things and discovered new great opportunities, in which I am now looking forward to pursuing in college. The staff treated me very well and taught me using fantastic skills to help me learn easier and better. Administration as well, treated students with Civility, Order, Respect, and Excellence. I am thrilled to be where I am today. Meanwhile, I would like to thank the faculty and staff for all of their work and encouragement they've given me within those 2 years I attended the school. Warren Township schools are very organized and prepared when it comes down to education and behavior issues among others. Administration are always aware of the environment and take action immediately. Never have they failed. I always felt welcomed and was ready to learn! To sum it up, Stonybrook is a great school with many who are happy to be there to learn and those who are ready to teach. I would attend Stonybrook forever if I could.
