They seem to call parents at work for the stupidest reasons. The principal were super high boots that are not appropriate. The vice principal is yelling at kids to stay off there phones but is constantly texting or taking calls at important concerts. The school seems to protect the Arab population despite the major racial issues, they don’t get in trouble or phone calls to parents. The social worker is a joke. Thinks every girl is depressed or cutting themselves. Call the nurse in and check facts out before claiming they need to go a hospital. Got rid of the federal program GAT- that can help pay for higher education like high school and college because it offends “other” students

As educators they have a lot to learn. Constructive criticism goes a long way. Instead, principals choose to browbeat and are accusatory without checking facts. They choose to ignore the real issues at hand. The plus is they are no longer in classroom teaching children. Add to this the low pay on certain positions you may want to look elsewhere for employment.

I hated this school! The principal dresses a bit inappropriately at times (ie. for a fundraiser, we could buy a normal shirt, and she got one and made it a v-neck) and there's a lot of students in each class, even 30. Some teachers are good, some are horrible. The major field trips are kind of bad compared to other schools: in 6th, a one night stay at Camp MacLean, in 7th, a short cruise with a dinner, and in 8th, a trip to Springfield. Here's the catch about Springfield: you wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning, get to school, and your parents pick you up at night. It's not even an overnight stay! Teachers focus a bit too much on test scores and Advisory is boring and unfair now. There isn't a lot of bullying, but when it happens, it's horrible. Overall, I hated this school.
