My child has had a wonderful experience at Woodland High School. The teachers challange the students. The teachers and the staff are supportive and communicate just enough to keep me in the loop withough inundating me. The marching band, symphonic band and colorguard and arts programs are second to none. They are well organized and reasonably priced compared to neighboring schools. The administrators are engaged and work tirelessly for our children.

My school is exceptional with a wonderful staff and students who want to gain as much knowledge as they can from their teachers . Woodland is open to parental involvement and they support not only the community but every student. The teachers and administrations, though considered "hard" by some students, are only preparing them for the world of higher learning and the workforce. I applaud all of those at Woodland High in Stockbridge for keeping the educating of students first !

Woodland High is a great school with a positive, bright environment. Like most schools, Woodland does have some bad teachers and some awful Counselors but the the English department, Science, Mathematics, and other connection and core classes are very good. The school is new and trying to establish a reputation but overall, Woodland High is not a bad school to send your children to learn. With a little cooperation from parents, however, I am sure counselors and even some teachers could be replaced. Mr. Cook, the principal, cares a lot for the students and the building as a whole and tries his best to keep everyone happy as well as make WHS a safe learning environment. I encourage anyone moving to Henry CO to move close to Union Grove or Woodland districts. WHS encourage students to excel in all areas possible as well as be responsible and well-behaved.
