Elementary School was a good, safe and Christian based learning environment for my child. In my opinion the middle school curriculum did not prepare my child for high school. While the administration tried to fill the void, unfortunately, there was too much turn around with the math teachers during my child's tenure. I also think the teachers should give more homework in the major subjects.

We have attended from Kindergarten through 3rd grade and this is a 10 out of 10 school. My children have learned so much from this school. Character, time management, the love of Jesus and the academics is amazing. I have been so impressed at how much more advanced educationally my children are compared to many other children the same age. Think of the academics as one year ahead of others.

"I should've checked the reviews before enrolling my child. They care more about their self image than they do about the children themselves. They expect 5 yr olds to act perfect, leaving no room for normal kid-like curiosity or mistakes. Then they are shunned and pushed out when they don't measure up. And the other reviews are right on about status, financial or otherwise. It's sad. Seeing as they label themselves a Christian school, they should operate more as a ministry than a ""business"" so to speak.Teach by example."

Parents rule the school. If you donate money or work on the board then your kid will be treated great. I found a letter where my child wrote saying, Please God tomorrow is a new day let the kids be nice to me. I didn't know how bad it was for my child until we went to a great school that advocated for all kids.

This school, although pretty good academically, they fail to be inclusive. They are also extremely Cliquish and cater heavily to students and parents who contribute the most money and do the most whining and complaining, also if a students parent works there they almost never get in trouble for their behavior. African American students get lost in the shuffle. They don't have any African American teachers and don't seem to plan on hiring anyone. They are more concerned with petty things than a childs character. The same kids get chosen for all performances despite other kids being just as good at performing. My child was exposed to an extremely inappropriate situation, and I wasn't informed until my child told me. They constantly beg for money, but they would have monies had they took the proper measures to press charges and get restitution with a school treasurer stole over $200, 000 in tuition monies. I can go on and on, but hopefully this information will assist you in making a decision about if you should send your child to this school.
