It is a very supportive and safe environment for both faculty and students. The culture encourages all stakeholders to treat each other well, to believe the best about each other, and to do whatever is necessary to meet the needs of the students. The extracurricular activities in the last 5 years have dramatically increased, offering a number of choices. The teachers are dedicated and the administration is supportive.

Hope Charter is a school that values teachers, staff, students, and parents. Hope provides a well-balanced and comprehensive education to a variety of learners. The brain-based activities that are integrated throughout the school day really help to focus the students and bring out their best. The caring and structured environment, rigorous curriculum, and dietary guidelines allow the students to flourish. Hope Charter provides more than just an education, it gives students a sturdy foundation to achieve their dreams.

I am a teacher at Hope Charter School as well as a parent who has 2 children enrolled at Hope. Hope Charter School is a very good school. The staff and administration is always, friendly and open. The students are encouraged to reach their potential and are always given loving, kind encouragement. We teach students on their individual level. I have three reading groups and base them on student ability. I love Hope Charter School as an employee and a parent. I couldn't ask for a better environment to work or to send my children to. The kids are happy ans love their school.

The Hope Charter school has a great approach to view each child individually. The staff is always beside the child helping them grow while still challenging them on a daily basis. I would recommend this school to any family.

The inequity at this school is truly shocking and maybe illegal. The faculty and administration demonstrate bias and favoritism towards friends and relatives to the detriment of the children. Individuals including parents that are friends of the director feel safe openly threatening and intimidating teachers and other staff members. Teachers who genuinely work hard and care about the well being of the students are shunned. Teachers put words on their wall such as respect, integrity, and equality on their wall, but when a teacher exhibits these traits they are wrongfully disciplined and then dismissed at the first opportunity. Teachers and teacher's aides who are not friends or relatives of board members are treated as disposable. It is a horrible place to work, and a worse place to send a child.
