Not very good overall the price is a lot for how bad it it. Every penny they can squeeze out of you they will. Kids are treated as demons that must be severely punished for expressing new ideas or for looking at them strange. I have attended this school from k3-8th grade and my parents intend to keep me here against my wish for they do not believe what i tell them. The kids here will turn your student into one of them whether that is good or bad depends on the person. Kids are bullied. Kids are punished for what the teacher sees not what is the truth. I have went to this school and have had mental breakdowns where I either lay in my bed or lock myself in the bathroom and cry for minutes on end because i got a demerit i didn't need now whether that be me or that be the school is up to your better judgement. the teaching curriculum is okay at best and is focused on God and Christian living a lot whether you are into that or not but it may feel like it is being shoved down your throat due to the bible class every day or the chapel once a week or revival week or having Biblical principles in every subject. The teachers actually care some of them and at times can feel like they hate you. but i also think they get way to much bad stuff for doing what needs to be done to the point of they are afraid to give demerits out in fear of being smoked by the parent or getting fired because the family complains to administration. at the end of the day you want to send your kid here do it or if you don't want try it or ask actual kids who go there not teachers but it can be good and it can be the worst day in your life you don't know till you try. (also i mentioned i've been here k3-8th and i have to till 12th that is 11 years of my life and i have nothing to compare it to as this is the only school i have attended so don't take my word for granted.) but me personally i would love to try a different school this place gets old.

They are wonderful, teaching far above public schools , plus the foundation of God and Country

This school does not resolve an issue if a parent or a student has a concern. They bandage the problems and hope it goes away. Issues never get fully resolved. Also there is way TO MUCH bullying in this school. The elementary grades are safer and not as much bullying. When getting into the middle school ages and up, it becomes victim after victim. Oh and that for sure is taboo in Heritage Christian school. (I don't see anything christian like about standing back and letting a child get bullied). The administration will let the bullying continue wanting nothing to do with the torment that's going on. They make excuses for the bullies and blame the victoms. There is something wrong with that picture if you ask me. This school WILL test your patience.

"I have many regrets about ever sending my child to this school. The teachers and administration give the impression that the parents are a nuisance and the office staff are incredibly rude. The education received is sub par, due to the curriculum supposedly teaching from a ""Biblical perspective."" My daughter is in high school and did not know about entire historical periods and events and basic scientific facts were altered or ignored altogether. Also, in literally every single class, including Math and English inexplicably, there is some form of lecture about abortion and ""the homosexuals."" It is also in every textbook. If you any kind of normal, stay away."

"Although this school is a serviceable school for kids within the ages of 6-10 if you are okay with the utter and absolute falsehoods and blatant lies taught to children in accordance to religion. I understand that this is in fact a religious school, but the unallowable of an opinion other than the one they ""teach"" (putting it nicely resembles more of a brainwashing than a teaching) is forbidden. The teachers are extremely incompetent. If you would like to teach your children Christian principals there are many other ways in going about it, but taking them to this school is definitely not the way to go about it. It is in a sense taking away a child's independent mind, at this school the Bible isn't a belief or something that is debatable, they teach it as if it were 2 + 2, something out of the question with no debate. Tossing to the side that bible is a whole class they teach in and of itself every year that your at that school (Which is ridiculous considering that's a whole period of a child's life you could be teaching them something that will apply in the outside, real world), the bible has to be infused into every subject, looking back its funny because I remember having to do a assignment titled ""How English and the Bible go hand in hand"", something to anyone with common sense or any sense at all can see is irrefutably ridiculous. Not to mention, the curriculum is such a wasted opportunity in that since it's a private school they didn't have to go with the arguably equally flawed common core system, but yet another negative to compare to the extremely short list of positives. In short, if you want your kid to grow up know nothing other than the Bible and a handful of useless things, not that there is a difference (<---- joke) but in all seriousness I definitely not eluding to that you shouldn't teach your children Christian values, but you have to give them the facts and have them make the choice for themselves. If you want your children to go to some Christian college, make $16,000-$40,000 at best, and know ""Philippians 3:2"" while your at it, send them to this school."
