My children both attend Bonita Springs Charter School and have for several years. The school is amazing! The administrative staff as well as the teachers are supportive, kind and top notch. We have been happy with every teacher that both of our children have had. Our children are learning and thriving. The school has high expectations for all students and that is something that we really like. There are opportunities for team sports in middle school as well as after school enrichment clubs for all kids K-8. Our youngest has participated in after school clubs ranging from Cooking to Legos to Four Square to Yoga. There are so many options!

They do a great job. The expectations and goals are clearly defined for students, and parents. When needed, tutoring is provided after school at no charge. The teachers put a lot of time and effort into the kids, you can see they want to them to do their very best. I have multiple children at BSCS, they each have unique learning styles and personalities. All are rewarded when they shine, and supported should they fall short of their potential. My children were in well respected private schools in New England and honestly, some of the fluff (Legos robotics ) and giant projects (that the parents do anyway) aren't available here, but the foundation for learning is solid. I'm the most pleased, that my children are friends with great kids from a variety of back grounds and experiences. They see real life, not living in a cloistered bubble. My children are happy and laughing about some part of their day when I pick them up.

My children attend BSCS. We love it. They are so happy at school and learning so much. We have great communication from their teachers and the administration is wonderful. I can't say enough good things. We moved here two years ago from out of state, and I was worried about education in FL. Our kids are flourishing and having amazing experiences. It's a great school.

My child went to school there. Over the past few years I have seen a decline in the school. The staff is wonderful and for the most part the teachers seem to enjoy their jobs. So I am confused on why the school is not as good as it used to be. My child was involved is the clubs they offered. He had a lot of fun with them. He also was in the Aftercare program which was wonderful. His homework got done and he had extra time to be with his friends. The Director of the program was great. She always let me know of any issues and you could see she truly cared for the students. The program has changed over the past few years, for the better. The students seem to play outside more often and have the opportunity to make crafts and have guest speakers. I am overall satisfied with the school.

I wrote a review a few months ago and I would like to just reiterate that this school is terrible. This school almost held my son back in KINDERGARTEN - he had an F in Language Arts and he has known his letters and how to spell since he was 2-3 yrs old... I knew something was up. He is attending Villas elementary and has all A's and one B. My son had a substitute teacher for 4 months because they cannot retain teachers. If you want your child to get a good education - take him or her out of Bonita Springs Charter asap.
