Excellent. I was aMember of the 1970 graduating class and my experience with de la salle supportsMe to this day. The only thing I regret was not getting a football program there until I graduated. We played tackle football with no pads in front of hundreds of classmates at lunch and afterSchool we wouldHave rocked the state evenBack then

"My son is a graduating senior. While senioritis is in full effect, he is truly sad to leave De La Salle. The brotherhood is real. Their commitment to developing men of faith, integrity and scholarship is real. Support during the college application process was outstanding. We received for ""free"" (i.e., no extra cost) the same services for which my friends with children at other high schools spent thousands. I am truly grateful for the experience my son had at De La Salle. I'm going to miss it, too."

"Our son graduated in 2012. He went on to a school with an 11% acceptance rate and is doing great. He wanted to go to public high school and felt no ""brotherhood"" until half way through his sophomore year. He was on the cross country, track and soccer teams. He enjoyed several of his teachers and still speaks with his coaches and returns to run and play soccer at the alumni events. He is honored to have gone to DLS and thinks highly of his track, soccer and xc brothers, as well as several friends he made in classes along the way. He took several honors and AP classes and complained about some classes and teachers, just like every teenager ever. My friend's son recently graduated and is now on the crew (rowing) team at a great college on the east coast. His mom and I now volunteer at DLS- which has several summer programs for the students to improve in math, etc. It has a strong community of people there to help make these young men into respectful, educated leaders. There are rules to follow and break and teachers to challenge, but being a respectful person is a very high priority in order to fit into the DLS community. Good luck with these four challenging but amazing years!"

I imagined this high school to be a perfect Catholic school. Well, it was just my imagination and reality is completely different. Please save your time, energy and money for a better college/university in the future.

"Unless you want too excel in sports and be an OK student, I don't recommend DLS. I currently attend DLS. The academics aren't worth 15,000. If the public school your child would go to is a good school just send them there. On the other hand your child will most likely have a great social experience the School is fun, hanging out with friends is all you really do. I'm a 10th grader with a 3.5 GPA, I can't tell you one thing I've really learned this year. The classes are quite boring. if you cant understand English and remember things you can be a ""Honor Roll"" student. I spent about 20 minutes studying in total studying for finals (my worst grade was a B+). Some teachers care about you being successful, some honestly couldn't care less. My Biology teacher lets students run the class while see sits in the back of the room. The sports are amazing, but just because your kid was good in pop warner or little league DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. I know plenty of people you said they were gonna be stars on the football team and haven't ever seen the field."
