Well it was OK until the 2014-2015 year when they lost their classroom space and decided to put ALL the grades 1-12 in one large room! There are only 3 teachers to teach all of the students and they are all taught in one room. It is like the 1800's! Needless to say we are pulling my granddaughter out, who was in the 7th grade last year. I wished they would have had the courtesy to have told me before I re-enrolled her to save her the heartbreak of having to change schools at the beginning of the school year...

I too am very upset that we weren't told ahead of time about this HUMONGOUS change!! Now looking at other schools that require uniforms. Had we known we would've had time to register them at a different school and not spent money on new school clothes that we now will have to spend again for uniforms. It was very inconsiderate to be told on the first day of school that grades 1st -12th will be taught in the same room. So sad. Used to love this school

Love this school! My Daughter has been there for 4 years. I really love this school! My daughter loves this school. I saw a post that made me sad, that the only people that are happy with the school are friends with the staff. No, staff friends! Only respect. I am thankful for Ms. Coy. She is awesome! She rocks as well as Ms Bynes! Thank u all so much for being great teachers! I have much respect for them both! Thank u

Again, TUSD is not bad....there are schools in TUSD that are under performing. You can't compare a whole district to a horrible tiny school such as this. I am a former employe of this school and current employee of an A rated TUSD school which my children are cherishing attending. I would never send my children to DMS....half of the staff is totally unqualified for their positions. I'm so happy that I was "let go" from this school! I have grown as a teacher and a person. We have a curriculum, text books, large rooms, wonderful technology and healthy food! It depends on the school but I remember DMS staff and parents always degrading TUSD. until this school is half the school That TUSD's failing schools....STOP mentioning MY district in the same breath as DMS.... -A HAPPY FORMER EMPLOYEE

Worst school ever no lunch program. The office staff's children are bullies and threaten the other children and office do nothing about it.Worst school ever i don't even know how parents can feel good keeping their children hear? I know TUSD is bad but not as bad as this one.I heard at 1 time is was a great school but has went down hill the past 4 years and gets worse every year.
