I'd say that it's a 4/5 as a whole. There aren't any issues with bullying so there isn't anything to really say about that. The school gives a well-set amount of homework and classwork. The teachers are highly qualified professionals who know what they're teaching and talking about, and will help you if you have any problems. The staff are very nice and will tend to your needs, and have major patience. There are many fun activities and organizations to take part in such as FBLA, and many sports to actively participate in. The school serves decent food and will help you out if you have any issues in regards to buying lunch. The school will do it's best to tend to the students. The cafeteria has a sound system and will play trending and classic songs to appeal to all of the students. students are also provided with laptops that are limited to only school work and research so students can't abuse the internet. The enviroment is over all friendly.

If it wasn't for FBLA, I would not be at this school. This school is biased and uses favoritism towards sports and students. All the school cares about is football and cheer, leaving all the other sports with nothing. Those students in football and cheer are praised and get away from stuff most students can't. When students struggle, teachers do volunteer their time to help and do put forth an effort. I have made some great friends here that I know I will always keep in touch here. Besides the negative, there is more positive here and the culture has shifted for the better.

I would rate it only one star if not for Mr Carbonneau. He truly one of a kind. He is more than a counselour to the students. He is a life-long advisor to the students. For Mr Richards, he needs to care about the students and not the school grade. The students are the future and the school grade is not.

My daughter has had a wonderful year but I worry if she slips behind, instead of helping her they will just ship her to mountain vista (a great place by the way) like they did to my son. Its not the teachers, they are awesome. No faith in the administration staff.

The changes that have taken place this year have been dramatic. From the attitude of the students to the professionalism of the staff and administration. And it is fantastic to have access to new computers.
