Welcome to the Napier Place Resident Portal. This portal can be used to pay your rent charges online. Please enter your Napier Place Username and Password to log in. If this is your first time using this Napier Place Resident Portal, click on the Click here to register button located below to register. You will be required to enter your Napier Place Tenant ID in order to complete your registration. Your Tenant ID is also known as your T-code, which can be found on the Rentcafe Resident Registration letter recently sent to you. A valid email address will also be required to register. Please be aware if you use this portal to make online payments, you will be charged a convenience fee based upon the type of payment method used. The online payments convenience fees per transaction are outlined below:

• ACH - $.95 cent Flat Fee.
• Debit Card -
  • Transaction amount is less than $1,000.00 per Transaction: $3.95 Flat Fee.
  • Transaction amount is equal to or greater than $1,000.00 but less than $2,000.00 per Transaction: $4.95 Flat Fee.
  • Transaction amount is equal to or greater than $2,000.00: $9.95 Flat Fee.
• Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMER) - 2.5% of transaction amount.

All online payments for Napier Place will be completed using the nationwide RENTCafé portal service. If you haven’t done so already, you will need to register a User Name and Password and include a valid email address. Some tenants may already have a registered profile on RENTCafé for this property or another property, whether it's at MDHA or another housing agency or property management company. If this is the case, you can use your registered RENTCafé email address as your User Name for this property. Please review the User Name and Password instructions shown below before you start your initial registration process.

The User Name is your email address or if you already registered when you placed an online application, it can be either your email address or your unique user name used when you originally registered for this property.

Password Instructions

• Must be a minimum of ten (10) characters.
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter.
• Must contain at least one lowercase letter.
• Must contain at least one number.
• Must contain at least one symbol (@, #, $, %, &, etc.).
