Passwordless Login Activation Notice
Effective January 12, 2026, passwordless login will be enabled for all portal users. This enhancement improves security and provides a more streamlined sign‑in experience.
- A one‑time verification code will be sent to your registered email address each time you log in.
No action is required before the activation date. However, as an MHA participant, please ensure you still have access to the email address you used during registration.
Once logged in, you may complete your Intake Certification, request an Interim Change, or process your Annual Recertification. It is important that you maintain access to the email address you used during your registration, as it will be needed for future portal use.
