As the corona virus continues to impact our nation, Integral is taking steps to ensure we are following all state and local mandates as well as maintaining our communities. The health and safety of our employees, residents and communities is our top priority.

The office is closed to the public, but the office itself is open daily Monday-Friday.Residents are asked to refrain from coming to the office unless it is necessary to meet face to face. Please do not be offended as all associates will be practicing the CDC recommendation of social distancing which means staying at least six feet from another person. Digital communication is requested via email and rental payments should be made online.

Routine maintenance service will be put on hold for now.

Only emergency maintenance requests will be completed at this time. The list of emergencies are:

• Fire

• Sewage backup

• No electricity

• Water intrusion

• Door locks not secure

• Any unsecured entry

• Gas leaks

• Clogged toilet - if only one toilet in apartment

• No heat - if under 50 degrees

• No air conditioning - if above 80 degrees

• No hot water

• Refrigerator not cooling

• No domestic water in unit

• Icy areas where slips and falls could happen
