How to Create an Online RENTCafe Account
The DuPage and Kendall Housing Authorities recommend that all Residents have a RENTCafe online account. A RENTCafe online account is highly beneficial in that information regarding your Housing Assistance Payments and other key documents can be obtained from within your online account.
For Residents without an existing RENTCafe online account, you'll need to first obtain a registration code from a housing authority staff member; and then you can create an account using the "Click Here to Register" link at the bottom of this page.

DuPage & Kendall Housing Authorities communicates with you in a variety of ways: standard mail via the US Postal Service; phone calls; texts; and, email, especially. DHA & KHA are transitioning to the use of email to inform Residents as to the status of updates to the personal information within their RENTCafe account.
Many of these emails are automatically generated by system software and are sent using the email address, yardi@dupagehousing.org.
Please be aware that all emails that you receive from this email address can be considered SAFE and should be opened to read important information concerning the status of your request to update your personal information. So, to better ensure that you receive these emails in your email Inbox, please add the yardi@dupagehousing.org email address to your Contact List or Safe Sender List so that the email isn't transferred to the Spam or Junk folder of your email account.

DHA & KHA Office Operations
DuPage & Kendall Housing Authorities have resumed normal operating hours, including Open Door Hours. DHA is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Documents, letters, and other correspondence can continue to be exchanged using email, fax, mailed through the US Postal Service, or deposited in our enhanced 24-Hour Drop Box located adjacent to the front door of our building.
