You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Gene B. Glick Company, Inc. regarding the Sites and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Sites.

I authorize you to obtain an investigative Credit Report and Criminal Background History in connection with this application. I understand that this information will be used to determine eligibility for residency and may include information as to my character, general reputation, personal characteristics and / or mode of living, credit standing and criminal history, if any. I understand I may request the name of the credit reporting agency providing credit history information. I also understand and agree that by authorizing these investigative reports I am waiving any right to privacy which may exist under federal state or local law as to my criminal, credit and/or eviction history. Owner/agent will review documentation to form a reasonable belief that the identify of the application is the same to whom the credit report pertains, to the best of our knowledge.
[Glick/We] use the Identity Theft Prevention Services of ID Analytics, Inc. Applicant acknowledges that nonpublic consumer information, provided on the Rental Application and which is defined under the Gramm Leach Bliley Act (“GLBA”) (15 U.S.C. § 6802(e)) or its implementing regulations (“NPI”) may be shared with ID Analytics, Inc. and CoreLogic Rental Property Solutions, LLC.
[Glick/We] use third party services to perform certain services for [us] incidental to your application and potential tenancy with [us]. Examples include background and credit checks, follow-up communications and service for alternative ways of financing your rent payments; and there may be other services beyond these that [we] engage third parties to perform. By submitting this application, you herby consent to [Glick/us] sharing the information you provide herin or otherwise share or make available to us with such third parties.
By submitting this application, you also authorize and instruct [Glick/us] to obtain consumer reports about you from third-party consumer reporting agencies pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. A consumer report may include, but is not limited to, your consumer credit report, your criminal history (including sex offender registration), your rental history, information collected from any references you provide, verification of your employment and income and other tenant screening information. You acknowledge and understand that this information will be used to determine eligibility for residency and may include information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and/mode of living, credit standing and criminal history, if any. You acknowledge and understand that you may request the name of the credit-reporting agency providing credit history information. You also understand ang agree that by authorizing these investigative reports, you are waiving any right to privacy which may exist under federal, state or local law as to your criminal, credit and/or eviction history.
I have read this Application and I hereby state and represent that the information provided by me in this Application is complete and accurate, and I acknowledge and agree that in the event I enter in a lease with Gene B. Glick Company Apartments, that the lease may be cancelled by Lessor in the event any of the information provided by me in this Application, or any other document furnished by me, is materially inaccurate or incomplete.
