Because we care about the safety of our residents and staff, we are following CDC guidelines and reducing personal contact. Therefore, we have eliminated all in-person interactions with the residents and the public while we are working in the leasing office. The leasing office will be locked during business hours. We are here to serve your needs, but we ask that you call, email or utilize the resident portal.
For the safety of our maintenance team, effective March 17, 2020, we are only responding to emergency service requests. If you are in need of routine service, for the time being we will be accepting and entering requests into our software system. Take comfort in knowing that your request has been received and the team is aware of it. Once the CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines have been lifted, we will resume completion of routine service requests in the order they were received.
