Arlisa M. on Nov 15, 2022I have lived here for a year exactly today. I enjoy the size of my apartment and its location. However, what I do not like and am still trying to address is the constant smoking of marijuana from my neighbors that I have to incur at least four times a week if not more. It seeps HEVILY through my master bedroom, bathroom under my bathroom sink and sometimes in the hallway of my apartment. There is only two of us at this end of the hallway so it's CLEAR where the smell is coming from. I have addressed this issue many times with management and even with the Regional Manager once and I am still fighting the issue. Would I recommend this apartment complex to anyone? No I would not. Not if they have to experience what I have been with the smell of marijuana. Unless they smoke to then more power to them. And this has been going on for as long as I have been here. It's Ridiculous.

The Management Team, Karimer, the Leasing Manager, Michelle, Assistant Manager, Emily, and Melanie are very courteous and professional. The Team will always help the residents in resolving any complaints /issues they may have in a timely manner. The maintenance crew, Jose, Quentin, and Dante always handle any requests in a timely manner, very Professional. The inside and outside of this property are clean. I love my apartment and I am very happy to be living here.
Anonymous on Mar 25, 2023Parking is ample. Not a lot of charging stations with quite a few electric vehicles parking here. Gym is nice however only 3 out of the five treadmills are operational. Everything else is great!
